Founded in 1987, the house of Pascal Jolivet is one of the most dynamic domains in the Loire Valley, based in Sancerre, with now over 120 acres of vineyards. A firm believer in natural wine making, practising techniques, produces wines of elegance and purity, with clean aromas and flavours.

Straw yellow in colour, with floral and fruity notes. A broad mouth feel, dry and lively acidity leading into a medium finish. Vibrantly clean, this Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant delight with exquisite mineral characters.

A wine showcasing its full finesse and intensity when served with light seafood dishes; Moules Mariniere in a creamy garlic sauce served with a home-made warm crust loaf, Lobster, chilli and tomato linguine or a heart-warming pasta dish drizzled in a rich goats cheese sauce.
